1. How do I register for a class?

Please visit our Calendar page, select the class you wish to register for and follow the steps through to payment. You will receive an email confirmations and reminders for the class.

2. How do I register for a private lesson or event?

Please call us at 254-366-7140 or email workshopat219@gmail.com. We will review plans to see which one fits your needs, and schedule your lessons. We encourage you to schedule a minimum of 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability.

3. Can I pay when I get there?

We encourage you to pay online before your activity begins. Arrangements via online invoicing can be made in other instances to secure your spot.

4. What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations that occur 48 hours or more before your event, we will issue a credit for another class, or reschedule your event to another date. We will not honor no-shows or last minute cancellations.

5. Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds for our events, but we will reschedule or give you a credit for another event of equal value.

6. Are parents required to stay?

No, we actually prefer parents leave for the duration of the class so we have the children's full attention. Our downtown area has a lot of neat shops to explore. 

​

7. Are there sibling discounts?

For private art lessons there is a $10 discount for the second sibling. There is not a sibling discount for public classes, workshops and parties.

8. Do you offer private lessons? 

Yes we do, for both children and adults in drawing, pen work, acrylic painting, oil painting, and hand building pottery. 

Special media requests are encouraged, as we have a rich network of local artists. If you want to learn it, we'll do our best to find someone to teach you. 

​

9. What should I wear for class?

Please wear clothing you do not mind getting paint on. We do provide aprons for all classes, however we've had the occasional splatter.

10. Do you offer food/drink?

No, we do not offer food or drink. We invite you to bring your own snacks, food and/or drinks. We do have water available. 

There are also excellent cafes downtown that offer food/drink for purchase.
